A former Division I standout and certified personal trainer, Sidney is committed to helping athletes unlock their potential both on and off the field.

  • Sidney is a NASM-certified personal trainer and soccer trainer, combining her expertise in fitness, performance, and technical development to train well-rounded athletes. She works with players of all ages and skill levels, focusing on soccer fundamentals, position-specific training, strength & conditioning, and injury prevention.

    Her background as a high-level athlete and leader gives her a unique ability to connect with players and understand the demands of the game at every level.
